About Greenman
Greenman was formed in 2005 and is a market-leading, sector specific, German real estate investment fund manager. Greenman has developed an investment model which is designed to generate investor income from the purchase, operation and sale of German retail centres. Using this model, Greenman has, since 2008, successfully selected, funded and purchased properties for separate German commercial real estate funds.
Greenman is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland as an AIFM and holds a passport to provide AIFM services to AIFs seated in Luxembourg and other EU member states.
How to Invest in OPEN
In order to qualify for investment in OPEN, the investor, or, as appropriate, the legal entity which they represent, needs to qualify as an Institutional Investor, Professional Investor or Well-informed Investor within the meaning of article 2 of the Luxembourg act of 13 February 2007 relating to SIFs.
Greenman OPEN is available through a number of different channels:
- Aviva’s SDIO Platform – minimum investment amount of €100,000
- Self-Administered Pension Structures – minimum investment amount of €100,000
- Direct Individual / Corporate Cash – minimum investment amount of €100,000
- Trusts, Partnerships and Charities – minimum investment amount of €100,000
