The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated key technology trends around the world, including remote working, which is in the top three trends according to We Forum.

Over the last few months Greenman have focused on communicating across digital platforms to ensure we delivered a concise and transparent message. We released a regular Covid-19 update, we ramped up our Linkedin communication, our newsletters and provided regular webinars for brokers and clients.

As part of our ongoing digital improvement we have invested a significant amount of time and effort into improving our online Broker Portal, ensuring we provided digital alternatives as our movements have been restricted. We rolled out use of DocuSign at the start of the year and are looking forward to announcing soon the complete integration within our Portal allowing us to fully provide a paperless subscription process.

One of the largest changes to happen in recent weeks has been introducing “Live Pricing” in conjunction with Aviva, meaning the values on Aviva’s systems will reflect the values that we hold rather than just showing it at par.
