Getting a clear read on how a single property is performing has always meant stitching things together – energy figures from one system, carbon data from another, footfall from somewhere else entirely. This October, that changes. edyfi is launching a platform that brings energy, carbon, footfall and property-level performance into one interface, updated from live sensor feeds every 15 minutes. One place to look, instead of several.

That same underlying data already feeds fund-level sustainability reporting, including the Article 9 reporting and net-zero pathway tracking behind OPEN. What’s different now is how directly and quickly a property or fund manager can see it, check it and act on it – a live, evidenced picture of the portfolio rather than a set of figures reconciled after the fact.

It’s also a genuinely cross-Group moment. edyfi (Networks) and Greenman Energy (Utilities) will present alongside Greenman Germany and Greenman Poland (Real Estate) as one Group at EXPO REAL, Messe München, from 5 to 7 October. Each businesses work feeding into the real estate it sits alongside, rather than standing apart from it. A clear case of the whole adding up to more than the sum of its parts.

Carmen Sitz, CEO and Co-Founder of edyfi, will be demonstrating the platform at EXPO REAL, including Klara, its built-in AI assistant designed to help users interact with and understand their own data directly. The platform starts rolling out more broadly from October.

For the Greenman funds, it’s a concrete answer to a fair question any investor should ask of a fund’s sustainability commitments: not just what’s promised, but what’s actually being measured – and how.

Capital at risk. Long-term Investment.
