OPEN’s Real Estate Portfolio
Portfolio Breakdown
Germany is one of Europe’s largest retail investment markets, attracting approximately €10 billion annually. A significant portion of this investment is directed toward retail parks, retail warehouses, and standalone markets—asset classes anchored by leading grocery retailers, which are the primary focus of OPEN’s portfolio.
A substantial share of our portfolio’s annual rental income comes from Germany’s largest and most creditworthy food, non-food, and near-food retailers, with food retailers accounting for over 65% of the rent. Our major tenants, including Lidl, Kaufland, EDEKA, REWE, and Aldi Nord & Süd, have strong financial foundations, ensuring consistent and reliable rental income streams.
