About Us
OPEN is an investment fund that is designed to generate long-term income. Specialising in German retail properties let to some of Germany’s leading grocery retailers, OPEN also invests in complimentary “zones” (utilities, resources & networks), enhancing its core real estate portfolio’s resilience and growth potential.
OPEN is regulated by the CSSF and is categorised as a European Long-Term Investment Fund (ELTIF). It is also recognised as an Article 9 fund under the SFDR and EU Taxonomy, meaning that it is committed to reducing the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of its portfolio to zero by 2050.
OPEN is managed by Greenman Investments, an Irish investment manager regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.
