OPEN uses a combination of equity and senior secured debt financing to acquire properties.

An established borrower, OPEN has received financing from 15 leading German banks, raising over €479.63m in senior secured debt financing in Germany to date.

OPEN enters into long term debt obligations with LTVs and interest terms which are low, sustainable and linked to the portfolio’s Weighted Average Remaining Lease Term (WARLT).
